Abstract

В статье рассмотрены финансовое состояние регионов Центрального федерального округа. Анализ проблем уровня финансовой самостоятельности регионов проведен на основе консолидированных бюджетов. Метод ранговой оценки позволил определить номер ранга регионов по уровню финансовой обеспеченности. In article are considered a financial condition of regions Central fede-ralnogo districts. The analysis of problems of level of financial independence regionov is spent on the basis of the consolidated budgets. The method ранговой estimations has allowed to define number of a rank of regions on level of financial security.
