Abstract

Использование компенсационной системы оплаты труда предполагает существование связи между выполнением требований компенсационной оплаты труда и результирующими показателями деятельности предприятия. Исходя из этого, необходимо установить наличие и характер связи между сложившейся на предприятиях организацией оплаты труда и эффективностью производства. В данной статье осуществлена попытка выявить взаимосвязь между степенью соответствия системы оплаты труда требованиям компенсационной оплаты (которую предлагается выразить интегральным показателем) и эффективностью производства
