Abstract

В статье описывается система сбалансированных показателей как инструмент стратегического управления развитием социально-экономических систем. Подробно рассматривается структура системы, включающая перспективы, стратегические цели, показатели, целевые значения, причинно-следственные связи, стратегические альтернативы. The article describes the Balanced Scorecard as a tool for strategic management of development of socio-economic systems. Detail the structure of the system, including perspectives, strategic objectives, indicators, targets, cause-effect relationship, the strategic alternatives.
