Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы управления проектами в структуре социально-экономических систем. Описываются элементы стратегического планирования, которые позволяют определить факторы устойчивости проектного управления. Особое внимание уделяется инновационным проектам с позиции их структурного рассмотрения. The article deals with project management issues in the structure of socio-economic systems. Describes the elements of strategic planning, which allow to identify the factors of stability of project management. Particular attention is given to innovative projects from the perspective of their structural consideration.
