Демонополизация Как Фактор Инновационного Развития Российской Экономики

Abstract

В работе анализируются причины низких темпов инновационного промышленного развития России, обосновывается необходимость создания механизмов конструктивного взаимодействия власти и бизнеса, бизнеса и общества, власти и общества. Решение этой задачи связано и с совершенствованием хозяйственного законодательства в направлении реальной демонополизации российской экономики. In work are analysed reasons of low rates innovasion earned one's living developments of Russia, is motivated need to creat mechanisms of constructive interaction an authorities and business, business and society, authorities and society. Decision of this problem is bound and with the improvement of economic legislation toward the real demonopolizing russia economy.
