Abstract

Для современной экономики Украины характерны углубления диспропорций развития отдельных регионов, которые имеют место как на межрегиональном, так и на внутрирегиональном уровне. Мировой финансовый кризис негативно повлиял на объемы финансирования строительной отрасли. Критическая ситуация сложилась и на уровне регионов, в том числе Полтавского. Проведенный корреляционный и регрессионный анализ, построение соответствующей многофакторной модели влияния факторов на формирование регионального строительного комплекса помогли установить, что механизм финансирования за счет налоговых поступлений является приоритетным источником финансирования инвестиционно-строительных процессов, в частности налог на имущество организаций.
