Abstract

Инновационная быстрорастущая экономика требует принципиально новых подходов к управлению и мотивации труда. Руководителям предприятия необходимо в корне пересмотреть прежние принципы работы с персоналом и взять на вооружение системный подход к их мотивации с учетом мотивационного поля работников Innovative growing economy requires a fundamentally new approaches to management and motivation. Enterprise managers need to fundamentally revise the old principles of work with staff and adopt a systematic approach to motivate them, taking into accountthe motivational field workers
