Abstract

В статье рассмотрены разнообразные подходы к определению содержания понятий «инновация» и «инновационная система». Уточнено понятие «инновация», включающее в себя не только признак новизны решения, но и форму экономической реализации новшества. Углублено и расширено понятие «инновационная система», которая понимается нами как взаимосвязанный единым организационно-экономическим механизмом комплекс предприятий и организаций, функционирование которого направлено на создание, внедрение и распространение новшеств.
