Abstract

Статья посвящена экономическим вопросам становления и совершенствования инновационных систем. В ней даётся понятие инновационных систем и предлагаются пути их активизации. Инновационные системы должны способствовать развитию инновационной деятельности предприятий. This article is devoted to the economic questions of formation and perfection of innovative systems. The concept of innovative systems is given in it and ways of their activization are offered. Innovative systems should promote development of innovative activity of the enterprises.
