Abstract

Авторы рассматривают тенденцию расширения применения офсетных соглашенийпри заключении контрактов на поставку продукции военного назначения. Они уделяют особое внимание анализу действий импортера при оценке им различных вариантов коммерческих предложений на поставку продукции военного назначения с учетом офсетных соглашений. Предложен вариант использования оценки безразмерных характеристик элементов коммерческих предложений во внешней торговле, базирующийся на методе ана-лиза иерархий, разработанном Т. Саати, при сравнении и выборе покупателем оферт различных поставщиков.
