Abstract

Авторы рассматривают в статье новые условия предложения и использования офсетных соглашений, применяемых в торговле продукцией военного назначения. В частностиони указывают на повышение требовательности к экспортерам в отношении выполненияими своих обязательств, введения высоких штрафных санкций. Кроме того, они подчеркивают высокое значение совместного сотрудничества продавцов и покупателей в оценке коммерческих оферт. Экспортеры расширяют перечень предлагаемых услуг, расширяяпредложение технологий производственного и организационного характера, в том числеопыта по проработке и оценке коммерческих оферт.
