Abstract

Переработка мясной продукции является одним из динамично развивающихся сек-торов агропромышленного комплекса России. В современных условиях развитие данно-го сектора в значительной степени зависит от импортного оборудования, производствокоторого имеет ряд специфических особенностей. За последние годы специфика произ-водства оборудования для переработки мясной продукции претерпела ряд структурныхизменений. В статье рассматриваются основные структурные сдвиги в развитии совре-менного рынка оборудования для мясопереработки, а также перспективы импорта обо-рудования в Россию в условиях обострения политической обстановки в мире.
