G-20: Спасение От Кризиса Или Кризис Легитимности?

Abstract

Встречи глав государств и правительств «Группы двадцати» и принимаемые по итогам таких встреч декларации и заявления стали ядром реформы глобальной финансовой инфраструктуры в 2008-2014 гг. по итогам мирового финансового кризиса. Лидеры стран-членов Группы создали эффективный механизм взаимодействия, в сферу влияния которого на сегодняшний день включены МВФ, Всемирный банк, Совет по финансовой стабильности, ВТО, МОТ и ЮНКТАД, а также международные межправительственные и неправительственные организации, которые разрабатывают, принимают и контролируют имплементацию рекомендательных актов в различных сферах финансовых отношений. Вместе с тем отсутствие международного договора, регулирующего порядок созыва G-20,выработки и принятия решений могут серьезно ослабить влияние актов этого международного форума.
