Использование Опыта Европейского Союза При Создании Единого Автотранспортного Пространства Еаэс

Abstract

В рамках ЕАЭС будет создано единое автотранспортное пространство. Формированиеединого рынка автотранспортных услуг требует анализа и оценки передового опыта формирования подобных рыночных структур и институтов. Рассматривается и анализируетсяопыт создания и функционирования такого рынка в странах ЕС. Главный вопрос - степеньприсутствия на общем рынке автотранспортных услуг перевозчиков других стран. Анализируются различные показатели рынка автотранспортных услуг ЕС, а также действияразличных нормативно-правовых и экономических регуляторов. Оценивается возможность использования опыта ЕС для построения аналогичного единого автотранспортного пространства.
