Abstract

Сланцевая революция, рост производства сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) сильновлияют на конфигурацию мирового рынка газа. Стремление ЕС, основного потребителяроссийского газа, к уменьшению зависимости от него и к собственной энергетической самодостаточности, существенно изменило условия для российского экспорта. События наУкраине стали новым вызовом для нашей страны и региональных газовых рынков. Про-блемы с транзитом российского газа через Украину - одна из основных причин строительства газопроводов в обход этой страны: Северного и Южного потоков. В условиях сложной ситуации на газовом рынке Европы наиболее перспективными новыми рынками дляприродного газа из России являются Китай, Япония и Корея. Восточный вектор газовойстратегии России позволит укрепить конкурентные позиции нашей страны в газовом секторе мирового хозяйства.
