Вывоз Капитала Из России: Масштабы, Эффекты, Проблемы

Abstract

В статье анализируются масштабы, динамика и структура экспорта капитала из России. Выявляются причины, по которым капитал уходит из страны, что объективно уменьшает финансовые ресурсы для осуществления инвестиций в основной капитал и, в конечном итоге, тормозит экономический рост. Констатируется, что уменьшение оттока капитала возможно при условии улучшения российского инвестиционного климата. При этом отмечается, что даже в нынешних условиях государство и бизнес могут сократить экспорт капитала и направить высвобождающуюся часть ресурсов на цели экономического развития.
