Abstract

В статье проанализированы комплексные программы поддержки малого и среднегобизнеса в странах Европы, Китая и Америки и определены основные зарубежные тренды стимулирования развития предпринимательства, сформулированы предложения по формированию эффективной системы государственной поддержки предприятий торговли иуслуг в России с учетом международного опыта по законодательному сдерживанию экспансии крупных торговых сетей, усилению координационного взаимодействия всех элементов инфраструктуры поддержки предпринимательства, адаптации налоговой политики и создания модели информационного обслуживания.
