Abstract

В статье дается комментарий к указанию Банка России от 14.06.2013 г. № 3016-У «О внесении изменений в инструкцию банка России от 4 июня 2012 года 138-И «О порядке представления резидентами и нерезидентами уполномоченным банком документов и информации, связанных с проведением валютных операций, порядке оформлении паспортов сделок, а также порядке учёта уполномоченными банками валютных операций и контроля за их проведением» по изменениям коснувшимся порядка оформления некоторых базовых документов валютного контроля с 1 октября 2013 года. В статье подробно рассматриваются изменения затрагивающие практику оформления паспортов сделок участниками внешнеторговой деятельности (по форме 1) и (форме 2).
