Abstract

Данная статья посвящена анализу состояния современного страхового рынка Республики Казахстан, который характеризуется снижением концентрации страховых компаний,ростом объемов собранных премий и совершенствованием страхового законодательства.Благодаря активной государственной политике преобразования в области страхования повысился интерес инвесторов к казахстанскому рынку страхования, и обострилась конкуренция среди действующих страховщиков. Несмотря на развитие страховой отрасли в соответствие с западными стандартами и стремлением к привлечению иностранных инвесторов, на страховом рынке Казахстана существует ряд ограничений на участие иностранного капитала.
