Корректировка Системы Поддержки Экспорта:Принципы И Подходы

Abstract

Данная статья анализирует развитие системы государственной поддержки экспорта в РФ. В ходе анализа выявлены причины ее недостаточной неэффективности, предложены принципы ее корректировки и пути устранения сдерживающих факторов, а также установлены приоритеты, описан перечень направлений и основных мероприятий новой «дорожной карты» поддержки экспорта. Автор проводит исследование механизма поддержки экспорта в регионах, а также новых документов государственных организаций в этой области и дает рекомендации по совершенствованию механизма поддержки экспорта обработанной продукции российскими предприятиями, подчеркивает значение деятельности Экспортного страхового агентства России, которое приступило к выдаче страховых полисов экспортерам.
