Вопросы Совершенствования Товарной Структуры Российского Импорта

Abstract

В статье дан анализ современного состояния товарной структуры импорта в целом и по отдельным позициям машинам и оборудованию, сырьевым товарам, продукции химической промышленности. Обоснованы и определены основные стратегические задачи по повышению эффективности импорта Российской Федерации. В частности, предлагается реализовать две стратегические задачи: уменьшить потребительскую направленность импорта (предлагается сократить или полностью прекратить закупки продукции,которая не способствует обеспечению экономической, в том числе продовольственной безопасности страны); и сократить ввоз в страну тех товаров, которые целесообразно производить внутри страны, и удовлетворять спрос на них в рамках импортозамещения. В то же время выдвигается предложение увеличить ввоз в страну оборудования для переработки сельскохозяйственного сырья и продовольственных товаров.
