Abstract

Авторы рассматривают эволюцию процессов использования платежных инструментовпри оформлении сделок международной купли-продажи под влиянием внедрения безбумажной формы представления документов. В этой связи характерно снижение роли аккредитива и расширение применения открытого счета. В коммерческой практике происходит расширение использования реверсивного (закупочного) факторинга. Новым шагомв оформлении сделок стала разработка и широкое применение нового платежного инструмента банковского платежного обязательства. Авторы оценивают возможности использования банковского платежного обязательства в России.
