Торговля Товарами И Услугами, Связанными С Окружающей Средой

Abstract

Среди проблем современной мировой торговли все большее внимание обращают насебя так называемые «неторговые озабоченности», которые связаны с окружающей средой, изменением климата, здоровьем человека и животных. В рамках международных переговоров происходит либерализация товаров и услуг, связанных с окружающей средой.Соответственно, появляются новые понятия и термины. В этой связи автор обращает внимание на возникшее несоответствие утвердившегося в последнее время в России словосочетания «экологические товары и услуги» используемому в международных переговорах идокументах англоязычному термину Environmental Goods and Service. Это несоответствиевыходит далеко за рамки лингвистики и может иметь негативные последствия в будущем.Чтобы избежать этих последствий, в качестве эквивалента английскому автор предлагаетрусскоязычный термин «связанные с окружающей средой товары и услуги».
