Государственно-Частное Партнерство В Форме Инвестирования Пенсионных Накоплений За Рубежом И В России

Abstract

Зарубежный опыт показывает, что пенсионные накопления, которые являются долгосрочным источником, позволяют одновременно решать две задачи: инвестирование в реальную экономику и получения их владельцами приемлемых дивидендов, то есть будущей пенсии. Государство, экономически активное население и бизнес, участвующие в накопительной пенсионной системе, при инвестировании пенсионных накоплений могут быть рассмотрены как участники государственно-частного партнерства. В то же время,российская пенсионная система в существующем ее виде этим партнерством не является.Внесение разумных корректировок, с использованием мирового опыта, в проводимую в России пенсионную реформу позволит изменить ситуацию в лучшую сторону.
