Abstract

Автор рассматривает основные требования Всемирной торговой организации, выдвинутые для деятельности российских предприятий, занятых в отрасли информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Прежде всего эти требования касаются нормативно-правового регулирования деятельности операторов, режима расширения кооперации с иностранными компаниями, развития производства оборудования и разработки услуг для продажи зарубежным партнерам. Специальное внимание уделено Соглашению по информационным технологиям, к которому Россия пока не присоединилась.
