Экспедиторские Документы Фиата В Международной И Внешней Торговле

Abstract

Рассматривается роль международных транспортно-экспедиторских услуг в международном товародвижении. Оценивается значение транспортного экспедирования для российской внешней торговли. Они выполняют как минимум три важнейшие функции: функцию взаимодействия с клиентом и всеми участниками транспортного процесса в цепи доставки груза; функцию подтверждения договорных отношений и функцию подтверждения выполнения поставки товара для международной банковской системы. Выявлены проблемы регулирования транспортно-экспедиторской деятельности в России. Определены роль, место и значение транспортно-экспедиторских документов ФИАТА в международной торговле товарами и услугами. Установлены назначение и функции документов ФИАТА и назначение каждого из них.
