Abstract

Авторы рассматривают в статье основные направления импортных операций при ввозе комплектного оборудования в Россию, дают характеристику предконтрактного этапа работы, анализируют основные положения контракта (преамбулу, предмет контракта, сертификация импортируемого оборудования, условия и сроки поставки, условия отгрузки, упаковку, маркировку, условия платежа, гарантии). Особое внимание уделено составлению и реализации рамочных контрактов на ввоз комплектного оборудования.
