Abstract

Авторы рассматривают в статье тенденции импорта потребительских товаров длительного пользования из Китая в Россию на примере обувных товаров. Они показывают тенденции фактического импорта, особенности контрактного оформления импортных поставок. Особое место в статье уделено анализу положений контракта, в частности коммерческих. Выявляют значение транспортных условий, вопросов маркировки и упаковки товара, анализируют значение условий платежа.
