Abstract

Автор анализирует влияние закона о Техническом регулировании на развитие экономики России, рассматриваются инструменты технического регулирования, перечни продукции, подлежащей обязательному подтверждению соответствия в рамках таможенного союза, распределение полномочий в рамках технического регулирования, алгоритм разработки и принятия технического регламента Таможенного союза.The author analyzes the influence of the law on Technical regulation on the development of Russian economy, tools of technical regulation, lists of production which is subject to obligatory acknowledgement of conformity within the limits of the customs union, distribution of powers within the limits of technical regulation, algorithm of working out and acceptance of technical regulations of the Customs union are considered.
