Abstract

В статье рассматриваются истинные возможности гонконгских компаний в организации работы с континентальным Китаем. Уже больше двух десятилетий российские компании имеют возможность самостоятельно вести бизнес с континентальным Китаем. В последнее время появилось много предложений юридических и консалтинговых компаний по созданию компаний в Гонконге для работы с Китаем, и которые убеждают, что собственная гонконгская компания это самый эффективный инструмент для выхода на китайский рынок, для работы с китайскими производителями и экспортёрами.
