Abstract

Автор высказывает точку зрения, что развитие модернизационной, инновационной экономики в России определяется не только тем, какое количество ресурсов будет тратиться в стране на науку, технику, подготовку кадров, но и от востребованности передовых достижений науки, техники, модернизации и инноваций со стороны предпринимательского класса. Пока спрос на инновации в России был невелик. Соответственно, государственная политика в данной области должна предусматривать разработку системы мер по стимулированию необходимого инвестиционного и инновационного поведения предпринимателей, которое бы обеспечило проведение модернизации.
