Abstract

The world financial crisis connected with the excessive amount of world financial assets was regulated by soft monetary supply policy. The problems of transnational capital assets movement control and regulation remained nevertheless unsolved. New financial bubbles may appear. For Russia it may take the form of price destabilisation for the exported market energy resources and difficulties when finding the financial resources for long term big oil and gas projects.
