Abstract

В статье анализируется новая Стратегия Финляндии в Арктическом регионе, рассматривается роль этой страны как партнера России в этом формирующемся международном центре деловой активности. Особое внимание уделено предпосылкам создания российскофинляндского морского кластера.The article gives an analysis of the new Strategy of Finland for the Arctic region. The role of Finland as a partner of Russia in this forming international centre of economic activity is being considered. Special attention is paid to the prerequisites for creation of the Russian-Finnish maritime cluster.
