Лизинг Как Инструмент Финансирования Капитальных Вложений В Условиях Обострения Мирового Финансового Кризиса

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные формы лизинга как инструмента поддержки реального сектора экономики России в условиях мирового финансового кризиса. Особое внимание автор уделяет анализу сложных многоступенчатых форм компенсационного лизинга как перспективной формы сотрудничества с зарубежными поставщиками оборудования на российский рынок. Сделано предложение организовать в условиях кризиса специальный антикризисный амортизационный фонд и прямое государственное лизинговое финансирование капитальных вложений в критические отрасли российской экономики.
