Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу факторов формирования денежного предложения в РФ в 2007 2011 гг. Особое внимание уделяется изучению интервенций ЦБ РФ на валютном рынке, которые были основным каналом изменения денежной базы вплоть до 2009 г. Автор показывает, что в посткризисный период Банк России значительно сократил свои валютные интервенции, осуществляя лишь сглаживание колебаний обменного курса рубля. Такая курсовая политика согласуется с целью ЦБ РФ по переходу к режиму таргетирования инфляции.
