Abstract

Достижения в области информационных технологий и электронного обмена данными, развитие системы управления рисками при осуществлении таможенного контроля, а также определение проблем в сфере таможенной деятельности, предопределяют необходимость создания механизмов совершенствования специальной таможенной процедуры таможенного оформления и таможенного контроля международных почтовых отправлений для повышения результативности деятельности таможенных органов Российской Федерации.Achievements in the field of an information technology and electronic data exchange, development of a control system by risks at realization of the customs control, and also definition of problems in sphere of customs activity, predetermine necessity of creation of mechanisms of perfection of a special customs procedure of customs clearance and the customs control of the international items of mail for increase of productivity of activity of customs of the Russian Federation.
