Abstract

Сложившиеся торговые барьеры на пути российских товаров животного и растительного происхождения будет очень сложно преодолеть вне рамок ВТО. А чтобы завершить переговоры надо использовать модели двусторонних договоренностей по отдельным товарам, процедурам и сертификатам.The existing trade barriers for Russian animal and plant origin goods appear difficult to overcome from outside the WTO legal framework. However to complete the negotiations for the WTO accession Russian competent sanitary authorities should use bilateral agreements and concessions on certain products, procedures and certification.
