Стратегия Открытых Инноваций В Практике Компаний

Abstract

В условиях обострения конкуренции ведущие субъекты рыночных отношений пытаются найти новые средства неценового соперничества. В статье раскрывается тенденция расширения применения в качестве одного из таких относительно новых методов стратегии открытых инноваций. Данная стратегия предусматривает широкое использование партнерских связей на рынке, в частности с помощью социальных сетей в веб-паутине Интернет. Довольно часто для привлечения партнеров привлекаются посредники. В статье раскрыты позитивные факторы этой стратегии, а также некоторые важные проблемы, сдерживающие ее внедрение в практику компаний: проблемы с использованием интеллектуальной собственности, мотивации исследователей и проблемы обеспечения качества разработок.
