Изменения В Валютном И Таможенном Законодательстве По Внешнеторговой Деятельности (Финансовые Аспекты)

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются дальнейшие изменения, произошедшие в таможенном и валютном законодательстве в 2012 году. В связи с введением ФТС «дорожной карты» документа, призванного сократить сроки прохождения товара через таможенную границу Российской Федерации с 17 июля 2012 года и «Справке о подтверждающих документах» с 1 октября 2012 года введённого во внешнеторговую практику Банком России. Автором проводится анализ одного из базовых документов валютного контроля, а именно «Справки о подтверждающих документах», которая в нынешнем варианте позволяет четко отслеживать содержание подтверждающего документа, а также осуществлять мониторинг движения денежных средств, делая внешнеторговые операции более прозрачными и контролируемыми.
