Оценка Роли Интеграционных Группировок В Международной Торговле

Abstract

В статье анализируются позиции ведущих интеграционных группировок в международной торговле в первом десятилетии нынешнего века. Отмечается, что в целом их удельный вес в мировых торговых потоках падает, что связано главным образом с активной экспансией развивающихся стран на глобальные рынки. Подчеркивается двоякая роль этих группировок: их функционирование, с одной стороны, подрывает режим наибольше-го благоприятствования, с другой закладывает хороший фундамент для распространения свободы торговли по всей планете.
