Abstract

Статья раскрывает причины появлений государственных компаний за рубежом и в России, итоги их деятельности, а также специфика особенностей деятельности госкорпораций. Рассмотрен ключевой элемент деятельности госкорпораций система управления. Проанализированы основные итоги инвестиционной деятельности государственной корпорации «Агентство по страхованию вкладов», в результате рассмотрения которых даны предложения совершенствования модели управления инвестиционным процессом.The article reveals the causes of state-owned companies abroad and in Russia, the results of their activities, and specific features of state-owned corporations. The key element of the state-owned corporations management system is considered. The article analyses the main outcome of the investment activity of the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency. As a result of their consideration the article suggests ways of improving the model of management of the investment process.
