Abstract

Анализируется расширение участия России в многосторонних организациях и форумах в течение последних двух десятилетий. Рассматриваются выгоды и издержки этого участия, в том числе от предстоящего присоединения России к ВТО и ОЭСР. Отмечается необходимость повышения эффективности участия, позволяющего улучшить позиции страны в мировой экономике, но требующего увеличения валютных расходов. Высказываются соображения о путях повышения эффективности и о целесообразности включения в национальные программы развития внешнеэкономических связей специального раздела: "Оптимизация членства России в многосторонних организациях и форумах".
