Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу процессов слияний и поглощений как одному из современных методов инвестиционной стратегии компаний в России. Рассматриваются новые явления и бизнес-технологии на рынке слияний и поглощений в двух странах. Особое внимание уделено влиянию мирового кризиса на эти процессы. Показаны перспективы развития этого рынка на ближайшие годы.The article analyses the processes of mergers and acquisitions as one of the modern instruments of investment strategy of companies in Russia. New trends and business-technologies on the market of merges and acquisitions in two countries are considered. Special attention is given to the impact of world crisis on these processes. The prospects of development of this market in a few years to come are shown.
