Экономическое Обоснование Стратегии Газовой Промышленности На Основе Последовательной Смены Перспективных Очагов Освоения Ресурсов Газа

Abstract

В системах ОАО «Газпром» была развита концепция последовательной смены очагов развития газовой промышленности на основе специальных методов пропорционирования разных по качеству запасов газа. В итоге создались предпосылки на каждом шаге развития отрасли оптимизации состава и структуры запасов с общей идеей «растягивания» лучших ресурсов газа путем «подмешивания» к лучшим ресурсам средних и даже худших по качеству ресурсов. Настоящая работа посвящена именно указанной проблеме и акцентирует внимание читателей на 2-х-3-х наиболее актуальных вопросах исследования этой проблемы.
