Abstract

В статье рассматривается начальный этап становления и развития двух основных институтов международного финансового права, регулирующих проблематику валютных курсов и поддержания равновесия платежных балансов. Анализируется содержание решений, принятых в рамках Латинского монетного союза и Парижской валютной конференции 1867 года. Автор приходит к выводу, что именно этими решениями произошло «переключение» мировой финансовой системы на многосторонние механизмы международно-правового регулирования.
