Abstract

Автор анализирует сущность модернизации, ее характеристики и особенности, освещается роль использования иностранной технологии для реализации стратег и модернизации. Особое внимание уделяется роли иностранной технологии в послевоенном подъеме экономики зарубежных стран. Автор делает вывод о необходимости расширения импорта лицензий и технологии в Россию, критикует сторонников опоры только на собственные силы в развитии экономики.The author analyzes the essence of modernization, its characteristic and features, the role of the use of foreign technology for the realization of the strategies and modernizations is covered. Special attention is given to the role of foreign technology in post-war grouth of economy in foreign countries. The author makes a conclusion about the necessity of expansion of importing licenses and technology to Russia, criticizes supporters of the theory that relies only on a coutrys own forces in economic development.
