Abstract

В статье рассматриваются предпосылки и цели заключения региональных торговых соглашений, современные тенденции и формы процесса регионализации, анализируются изменения в структуре и содержании региональных торговых соглашений. Отмечается быстрый рост их числа, увеличение доли «глубоких» соглашений, охватывающих, помимо торговли товарами, торговлю услугами и другие сферы экономического сотрудничества, а также межрегиональных и трансконтинентальных соглашений, соглашений с большим числом участников, включая торговые блоки в качестве стороны таких соглашений. Раскрыта категория глобализирующегося регионализма как нового фактора мировой торговой политики.
