Abstract

Автор рассматривает влияние нормативных актов на достоверность бухгалтерского учета, основные документы, определяющие регулирование внешнеэкономической деятельности. Особое внимание уделяется Венской конвенции, документам Международной торговой палаты, в частности базисным условиям поставки Инкотермс, а также роли соответствующих российских федеральных законов.The author considers influence of statutory acts on reliability of accounting, the basic documents defining regulation of foreign trade activities. Special attention is given to the Viennese convention, documents of the International chamber of commerce, basic terms of delivery Inkoterms in particular, and alsothe role of corresponding Russian federal laws.
