Abstract

В последние десятилетия существенно изменилась природа рынков ключевых биржевых товаров, прежде всего рынка нефти. Суть этих изменений усиление взаимосвязей товарного и финансового рынков, значительное повышение роли финансовых факторов в ценообразовании на рынке нефти и других стратегических сырьевых товаров. В статье рассматриваются причины и последствия указанных изменений, перспективы международного регулирования в данной сфере.The nature of world key commodity markets, most obviously of petroleum market, has substantially changed over the last decades. The essence of these changes lays in much stronger interrelations between commodity and fi nancial markets, increasing role of fi nancial factors in pricing on petroleum and other strategic raw materials markets. The article deals with reasons and consequences of the above changes, underlines prospects of international regulation in this area.
