О Решении Вто По Спору Об Ограничении Китаем Прав Торговли Аудиовизуальной Продукцией

Abstract

В статье рассказывается об основных выводах недавнего решения третейской группы ВТО, поддержанного в декабре 2009 г. вердиктом Апелляционного органа данной организации, по спору между США и Китаем в отношении применяемых китайцами ограничений прав торговли аудиовизуальной продукцией. Результаты спора представляют для экспертов в области международного торгового права определенный интерес в силу ряда причин, в том числе с точки зрения продолжающегося мониторинга выполнения Китаем своих обязательств в ВТО, а также проверки эффективности формулировок навязанных Китаю обязательств из категории «ВТО-плюс».
